McCord Club Lounge
The McCord Club Lounge is a climate-controlled space that includes the Indoor Club stadium seating. The east side of the building includes a wall of windows that allows for a spectacular view of The Iowa Hawkeye Football playing field and The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. The west side of the building includes a wall of windows that provides a view of the Hansen Football Performance Center. This 3,200 square foot space is equipped with a new 2016 drop down LCD projector and screen making this space great for client presentations and employee meetings. This space is also ideal for banquets, receptions, holiday parties, wedding ceremonies, and other social gatherings.

Liability Insurance
All University organizations are covered under the University's policy.
All Public and Nonprofit organizations are required to have liability insurance for their event. The link below provides the contract and insurance needed. Insurance is needed in the occurrence of property damage to our facility or if someone is injured and brings a claim against the contract holder and/or The University.

Security
Each individual event is subject to require security personnel in addition to the rental pricing. Once we have reviewed the specific event in detail, a decision will be made on whether or not security will be required.
Handicap Accessibility
There is guest access to the ground level entrance of the building as well as an elevator inside for access to each event space.
Parking
Parking is available Monday-Friday in lot 43 (Kinnick Parking Lot) starting at 4:30pm and all day on weekends. Parking is available weekdays at an hourly rate at Parking Ramp 3 behind Kinnick Stadium. Guests who park in lot 43 before 4:30pm on weekdays are subject to non-refundable fees.
