Dance floor: $300

Rental Fee includes

• Tables and chairs for seating of 200 guests
• Access to space Friday prior to wedding for set up/decorating (10am-5pm)
• 90 minute rehearsal after 5pm on Friday
• Access to the building Saturday, starting at 10am
• Use of President's Suite on wedding day for bridal party to change/get ready
• Storage of items prior and during wedding
• 5 hours for ceremony/reception

Rental Fee DOES NOT include

• Dance Floor
• Liability Insurance
• Security
• Additional time for use of space
• Video Board/TV rental for video/signage (Please contact Mary Jo Kinney)
• Black mesh chairs ($1/chair)

Liability Insurance
All University organizations are covered under the University. 

All Public organizations are required to have liability insurance for their event. The link below provides the contract and insurance needed.
